Ever since I was young, my grandmother, my mom, and I had a tradition of baking and decorating traditional Italian cookies together. We'd spend hours in the kitchen packaging platters for friends, family, and neighbors. It's always been about more than just the finished product. Somewhere along the way, baking became my favorite way to spend time with the people I love.

As I grew older, baking became much more than a hobby. It's how I celebrate life's big and small moments, welcome people into my home, and show appreciation for the people I love. There's something about sharing fresh, homemade baked goods that brings people together.

When I moved away from home, my mom would occasionally mail me a box of those same familiar treats. Opening one instantly brought me back to that fold-up table covered in icing, sprinkles, and crumbs.

That's what I hope to share through my bakery. Whether it's a loaf of sourdough for your dinner table or a box of treats for a special occasion, I hope each order brings a little comfort, a reason to gather, and something worth sharing.
